Booking, Deposit, Cancellation & Travel Insurance Policy

Out on Adventure LLC (“Out on Adventure,” “OOA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with FORA Travel, Inc. We act solely as an agent of record in arranging travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers.

These suppliers include, but are not limited to: airlines, cruise lines, hotels and resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and activity vendors (“Suppliers”).

1. Role of Out on Adventure LLC

OOA does not own, operate, or control any travel services.
All travel components are provided by independent Suppliers, each with their own terms, conditions, and policies.
OOA’s role is limited to advising, booking, and facilitating travel arrangements on your behalf.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree that your travel is governed by the terms and conditions imposed by each Supplier.

2. Deposits & Payment Terms

Deposit and final payment requirements are determined exclusively by each Supplier.
Payment schedules, due dates, and deposit amounts vary and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Some bookings may be non-refundable from the time of deposit, including certain airline fares, cruise rates, hotel rates, and promotional offers.
Failure to make payments by required deadlines may result in automatic cancellation by the Supplier, with forfeiture of funds.

OOA is not responsible for penalties resulting from missed payment deadlines.

3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds (Supplier-Controlled)

All cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to each Supplier’s individual policies.
Refund eligibility, timelines, and amounts are determined solely by the Supplier—not Out on Adventure LLC or FORA.
Supplier penalties may range from partial fees to full forfeiture of all paid amounts.
Airline tickets may be:
- Non-refundable
- Non-changeable
- Subject to change fees and fare differences
Cruise, hotel, tour, and package penalties typically increase closer to departure.

OOA will assist with submitting requests to Suppliers but cannot guarantee approvals, timelines, or outcomes.

4. Out on Adventure–Hosted Group Travel & Special Events

For trips designated as Out on Adventure LLC–hosted group travel, special sailings, or curated events:

All deposits and payments are non-refundable once paid, regardless of reason.
Group space, amenities, and pricing are secured through advance contractual commitments.
Inability to travel, personal emergencies, or schedule conflicts do not constitute grounds for refund.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all group bookings due to their non-refundable nature.

5. Changes & Modifications

Changes to names, dates, itineraries, or services are subject to:
- Supplier approval
- Supplier fees
- Fare or rate differences
Additional costs may apply.
OOA service or planning fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once services have begun.

6. Travel Insurance Disclosure (Strongly Encouraged)

Out on Adventure LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance for all trips.

Travel insurance may provide protection for:

Trip cancellation or interruption
Medical emergencies or evacuation
Travel delays
Lost or delayed baggage
Supplier insolvency or disruptions

OOA can recommend trusted travel insurance providers, but coverage selection and claims are solely the traveler’s responsibility.

If travel insurance is declined, you acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility for any losses, penalties, or non-refundable payments.

7. Schedule Changes, Disruptions & Force Majeure

OOA is not responsible for:

Schedule changes or delays
Airline or cruise re-accommodations
Port changes or cancellations
Weather events
Supplier insolvency
Labor disputes
Government actions or regulations
Acts of God or force majeure occurrences

Such matters are governed entirely by Supplier policies and applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Out on Adventure LLC and FORA Travel, Inc. are not liable for:

Supplier acts or omissions
Service failures
Injury, loss, or damage
Financial losses resulting from Supplier policy enforcement

Client remedies are limited to those available under Supplier terms.

9. Acceptance of Terms & Digital Acknowledgment

By submitting payment and/or signing digitally, you acknowledge that you:

Have reviewed and accept this policy
Understand that Supplier policies govern your travel
Understand deposits and payments may be non-refundable
Understand the importance of travel insurance
Authorize Out on Adventure LLC to act as your travel advisor and agent of record
