due dates, and deposit amounts vary and will be disclosed at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Some bookings may be non-refundable from the time of deposit<\/strong>, including certain airline fares, cruise rates, hotel rates, and promotional offers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Failure to make payments by required deadlines may result in automatic cancellation by the Supplier, with forfeiture of individual policies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Refund eligibility, timelines, and amounts are determined solely by the Supplier\u2014not Out on Adventure LLC or FORA.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Supplier penalties may range from partial fees to full forfeiture of all paid amounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Airline tickets may be:<\/p>\n Non-refundable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Non-changeable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Subject to change fees and fare differences<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n Cruise, hotel, tour, and package penalties typically increase closer to departure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n OOA will assist with submitting requests to Suppliers but cannot guarantee approvals, timelines, or outcomes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n For trips designated as Out on Adventure LLC\u2013hosted group travel, special sailings, or curated events<\/strong>:<\/p>\n All deposits and payments are non-refundable once paid<\/strong>, regardless of reason.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Group space, amenities, and pricing are secured through advance contractual commitments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Inability to travel, personal emergencies, or schedule conflicts do not constitute grounds for refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Travel insurance is strongly recommended<\/strong> for all group bookings due to their non-refundable nature.<\/p>\n Changes to names, dates, itineraries, or services are subject to:<\/p>\n Supplier approval<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Supplier fees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Fare or rate differences<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n Additional costs may apply.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n OOA service or planning fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once services have begun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Out on Adventure LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance<\/strong> for all trips.<\/p>\n Travel insurance may provide protection for:<\/p>\n Trip cancellation or interruption<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Medical emergencies or evacuation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Travel delays<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Lost or delayed baggage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Supplier insolvency or disruptions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n OOA can recommend trusted travel insurance providers<\/strong>, but coverage selection and claims are solely the traveler\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n If travel insurance is declined, you acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility<\/strong> for any losses, penalties, or non-refundable payments.<\/p>\n OOA is not responsible for:<\/p>\n Schedule changes or delays<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Airline or cruise re-accommodations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Port changes or cancellations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Weather events<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Supplier insolvency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Labor disputes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Government actions or regulations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Acts of God or force majeure occurrences<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Such matters are governed
